Melissa McArthur Jewellery is lovingly handmade in London from her boutique which is located on the famous King’s Road, Which other brand can say that? Located exactly half way between ‘Vivienne Westwood’ and ‘The Bluebird’. Melissa has been know to say, ‘her spiritual home!’.
MMJ has now firmly established her place within the Jewellery and fashion accessories industry as a brand of unique modern elegant design, based on quality and inspired by current fashion colours and trends.
Following Melissa’s eight years of success as a wholesale brand she then on the 3rd of March 2007 (her little brothers birthday) Melissa achieved yet another dream which was to open her first eponymous shop on her favourite street in London! Her unique boutique sells a selection of her current collections fresh from Paris and London Fashion Weeks, and an exclusive collection of limited edition & one-off Jewellery pieces which can only be found there! Melissa has built a unique Jewellery business with her talent and knowledge which was invaluable in developing the Melissa McArthur Jewellery ethos of inspirational, ultimately feminine, yet accessible Jewellery.
With her Signature Hoop earrings and versatile necklaces available in both freshwater pearls and semi-precious gemstones being just 2 firm favourites within a vast collection of ever-changing & truly unique designs.
It was this ethos that has made Melissa McArthur Jewellery a firm favourite. Her brand made its showcase at Harvey Nichols in autumn of 1999. Melissa McArthur Jewellery has since gone on to enjoy success in over 100 retail outlets across the world. Amongst the brand’s most renowned stockists are Liberty, Paul Smith, John Lewis, EC One and QVC in the UK.
From the strength of a loyal and ever growing domestic presence MMJ has expanded into new markets; Galleries Lafayette in Paris, 10 Corso Como in Milan, Husk in Australia and many beautiful boutiques across Europe. Further a field MMJ’s creative handwriting has translated Mitsukoshi, United Arrows, Baycrew’s, Ships, in Japan. We are regularly stocked in over 30 outlets in Japan alone.
